Our president, Dr. Lynette Long, has been invited to speak at the next meeting of the National Council of Women’s Organizations (NCWO). The NCWO is a coalition of 240 women’s groups across the country, with a collective membership of more than 10 million women.
The meeting will be held Tuesday, July 20th, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the National Education Association, 1201 16th Street NW, Washington, D.C. It will be attended by leaders or representatives of the women’s groups in the coalition.
